Job Description

april, a leading AI-based tax solution company, is seeking a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer to integrate AI into large-scale consumer experiences. This role involves collaborating with data scientists to embed intelligence (LLM, Agents) into consumer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle AI development impacting millions.
  • Own data and AI products end-to-end.
  • Ensure safe, reliable, and scalable production.
  • Pair with data scientists from brainstorming to execution.
  • Collaborate with product & UX to build user-friendly data and AI products.
  • Design system architectures and evaluate tools.
  • Drive the integration of agents and LLM-powered features.
  • Implement prompt engineering best practices.
  • Develop evaluation pipelines for LLM output improvement.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 4+ years of experience with React/Next/Angular/Vue and TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • 4+ years of experience with Python backend microservices.
  • Experience working with LLMs in production.
  • Passion for clean code and agile work.
  • Experience with modern cloud environments (GCP, AWS).
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, vector databases, and RAG.
