Motion Designer

Job Description

OLIVER, a company specializing in creating in-house agencies, is seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer to work on global brand campaigns. The role is based in São Paulo, SP, Brazil, and operates on a hybrid model.

The Motion Designer will be responsible for working with internal automation tools, organizing design requirements, using After Effects for custom requests, participating in daily meetings, updating project managers, and adapting master files for local markets.

Responsibilities include:

• Working with automation tools to configure campaigns.
• Organizing design requirements for production.
• Using After Effects to build custom requests.
• Participating in daily meetings and providing production status.
• Adapting master files according to local market specifications.

Requirements:

• Strong art direction and conceptual skills.
• Experience with multiple campaigns, languages, and digital channels.
• Proven production experience with global brands.
• Strong design skills and comprehensive understanding of Adobe After Effects, Media Encoder, and Premier Pro.
• Excellent communication skills.
