Shift Coordinator (gn)

Job Description

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Shift Coordinator to join their Production Team at ESN & More. The Shift Coordinator will be responsible for personnel planning and ensuring optimal shift staffing. The ideal candidate will have experience in personnel planning and a desire to advance the ESN & More Nutrition brands.

Role Involves:

• Creating and maintaining shift schedules.
• Ensuring optimal staffing levels.
• Adjusting shift schedules for changes.
• Collaborating with Production Managers.
• Managing time and attendance data in ShiftBase.
• Resolving operational challenges in production.
• Taking immediate action in case of disruptions.
• Ensuring communication between Production and Technology.
• Regularly coordinating with the production team.

Requirements:

• Experience in shift planning and personnel deployment.
• Proficiency with personnel planning tools.
• Experience with ShiftBase or similar time tracking systems.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured work approach.
• High level of responsibility.
• Ability to react quickly to changes.
• Knowledge of labor law.
• Completed training as a specialist in food technology or similar.
• Experience in a manufacturing company.
