CloudKitchens is seeking a Facility Manager in Bogota to oversee the maintenance and repair operations of its facilities. The Facility Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the kitchens and supporting the success of the restaurants that operate within them. This role is based in our Bogota office location.
What the role involves:
Troubleshooting and facilitating building and systems maintenance, equipment repair and replacement
Managing contractors to ensure maintenance, custodial, TI, etc. work is completed to a high standard
Working with kitchen onboarding team to oversee equipment move-in, TIs, routine inspections & go-live for new licensees
Providing engineering support for retrofit plans within area of expertise for onboarding, enterprise, and development teams
Understanding building and health codes, build relationships with local officials to keep the facility 100% operational
Creating, scheduling, supervising and tracking all facility PM
Coordinating small projects requiring single or multiple trades/contractors and manage vendor relationships, SOPs, quality of work & pricing
Managing facility technicians I & II in their respective regions
Requirements:
Ability to manage maintenance and repairs within budget
Strong communication skills
Creative problem solving
English B2+/C1
