unybrands is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to manage end-to-end supply chain performance across multiple micro-brands. The analyst will collaborate with business teams, the procurement team, and senior management to optimize inventory flows.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute monthly and quarterly planning cycles.
• Design and maintain scalable reports to track progress.
• Optimize capacity by balancing operational flexibility and cost efficiency.
• Oversee weekly supply chain metrics.
• Drive standardization of tools and processes.
• Implement capacity planning and management tools.
• Analyze forecast misses to improve forecasting.
• Provide critical thinking to streamline processes.
• Coordinate with finance teams to maintain plans.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of relevant experience in a data-driven role with Supply Chain exposure.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related field.
• 6+ months in the digital commerce ecosystem is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables, array functions, Power Pivots, etc.).
• Problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent business judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment.
