Jonsson Workwear is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Product Specialist to join their Forecasting team in Durban, South Africa. The Product Specialist will play a critical role in delivering exceptional products and service, ensuring customers are always equipped to succeed. The role requires analytical brilliance, aptitude for figures and schedules, and extensive experience.

The role involves:

• Upholding a customer-centric approach, continually pre-empting and prioritising customer needs.
• Effectively coordinating with multiple teams to ensure accurate and sufficient garment availability to meet customer order time frames.
• Overseeing and taking full responsibility for stock levels of your allocated product category.
• Maintaining meticulous and up-to-date administrative records with complete accuracy.
• Making swift, informed decisions under time pressure to meet deadlines.
• Leveraging innovative thinking to propose practical solutions that enhance Forecasting team processes and ultimately best serve the customer.
