Responsibilities:
- Drive product strategy using data.
- Serve as a core member of the EU tech leadership team.
- Champion the use of data and experimentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve product performance.
- Lead and develop a team of data scientists and analytics engineers.
Requirements:
- Multiple years of experience in product data science.
- 3+ years in Senior or Lead positions.
- Experience managing high performing senior teams of 8-10 people.
- Experience with c-level peers
- Proficiency in Data Science tools and coding languages (Python, SQL).
