Qualio is seeking a strategic and hands-on Lead, People Business Partner to co-lead their growing People Ops team. This role will drive organizational excellence through data-informed people strategies, focusing on the Engineering, Product Management, and Design (EPD) teams. The Lead, People Business Partner will report to the VP, People Ops.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead projects and serve as an interim people manager as needed.
  • Drive organizational excellence through innovative talent management practices.
  • Design and implement scalable DEI initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive people analytics frameworks.
  • Partner with executive leadership to optimize organizational design and talent development.
  • Oversee cross-functional projects using structured project management methodologies.
  • Ensure alignment and consistency in people practices across global regions.
  • Anticipate organizational needs and proactively develop solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated HR experience.
  • Experience managing a team of direct reports.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience supporting global teams.
  • Strategic mindset with proven ability to align people initiatives with business objectives.
  • Expertise in implementing and optimizing HRIS and analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and platforms to enhance HR processes.
  • Deep expertise in core HR functions, elevated through strategic use of technology.
  • Experience building and implementing DEI strategies with measurable outcomes.
  • Knowledge of US, Irish, and international labor laws.
  • Outstanding leadership abilities with a coaching and mentoring approach.
  • SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or GPHR Certification a plus.
  • Experience in life sciences or regulated industries a plus.
