Job Description
Everlaw is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to identify and close business within the Legal Enterprise (Law Firm) space. The ideal candidate will have experience in prospecting, running discovery calls and sales presentations, and negotiating. They should also possess a deep understanding of value-based selling and SaaS technology.

In this role, the Senior Enterprise Account Executive will:
  • Gain a deeper understanding of Everlaw’s software, customers, and sales processes.
  • Develop product knowledge through Everlaw’s Product certification.
  • Prospect and engage with prospects in partnership with Demand Gen, Sales Development, and channel partners.
  • Meet regularly with prospective customers.
  • Execute against territory and account plans to develop a healthy pipeline.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Everlaw’s marketing team to develop and execute demand generation campaigns.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Leverage the sales tech stack to uncover, manage, and close new business opportunities.
  • Gain continuous growth through training and coaching.

The requirements for this role include:
  • A track record of success selling SaaS platforms or Legal Services into new business accounts.
  • At least 5 years of successful enterprise sales experience selling to law firms or enterprise accounts.
  • Inherent curiosity and excitement about emerging technologies.
  • Motivation to achieve goals.
  • Availability to travel throughout the territory.
  • Comfort in creating needs analysis content and presenting it to Senior Leadership.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
