Strategy Lead

InterWorks is seeking a Strategy Lead to connect the dots between data strategy, business transformation, and client success. The Strategy Lead will act as a strategic advisor, solution architect, and client champion, guiding organizations toward smarter strategies with technology.

Role Involves:

• Developing and executing technology and business strategies.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
• Designing strategic roadmaps for clients.
• Identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities.
• Coordinating cross-functional efforts.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a technology leadership, strategic consulting, or analytics-focused role.
• Experience building strategic roadmaps.
• Deep knowledge of the modern data stack and analytics landscape.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience working directly with executive stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of technologies like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in customer-facing situations.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly.
• C1 German and English proficiency.
