InterWorks is seeking a Strategy Lead to connect the dots and help clients achieve measurable success. The Strategy Lead will be a strategic advisor, solution architect, and client champion, helping organizations move from good enough to what’s next. This role blends strategy, consulting, and client development with a strong focus on value delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
Role involves:
- Developing and executing technology and business strategies.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
- Designing and delivering strategic roadmaps.
- Leading go-to-market efforts.
- Managing technical accounts.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a technology leadership, strategic consulting, or analytics-focused role.
- Experience building strategic roadmaps.
- Deep knowledge of the modern data stack and analytics landscape.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience working directly with executive stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of technologies like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, Tableau, Power BI, and/or Alteryx.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable in customer-facing situations.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- C1 German and English.
