HR Generalist, Engineering

Job Description

Momence, a US-based company acquired by ClubEssential Holdings, is seeking an HR Generalist to support their Engineering team in Prague. This role is a hybrid position, requiring a regular office presence of 3 days per week in downtown Prague. The HR Generalist will be the sole technical recruiter and HR contact for the Prague-based Engineering team, reporting to the Director of Engineering.Momence is revolutionizing the experience economy by providing modern software solutions to an underserved industry. Momence is a cutting-edge booking and communications platform for experience-based businesses, catering to yoga and pilates studios, gyms, dance schools, salons and spas, golf facilities, swim schools, and more.Role involves:

• Leading end-to-end recruitment for tech roles in Prague.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
• Attending career events to build the talent pipeline.
• Supporting Global People Ops initiatives.
• Acting as the point of contact for HR inquiries from the Prague team.
• Improving internal documentation and workflows.
• Supporting team building and social connectivity.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist and Technical Recruiter.
• Czech and English fluency.
• Success in full-cycle recruitment for technical roles.
• Experience in People Ops and HR outside of recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with the Czech talent market.
