Jasper Health is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee technical projects, ensure security compliance, and offer IT support. This is a remote, contract-to-hire position.Role involves:

• Leading technical initiatives from planning to implementation.
• Maintaining HIPAA compliance and managing SOC-2 assessment processes.
• Providing technical support, especially for Apple-based environments.
• Communicating project status to stakeholders.
• Collaborating with product managers, developers, and clinical staff.
• Maintaining technical documentation.
• Managing relationships with external vendors.

Requirements:

• Technical project management experience.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and SOC-2 in healthcare.
• Experience in Mac environments.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Comfort with tools like Slack, ClickUp, Vanta, and generative AI.
