Job Description

LetsGetChecked is seeking a Salesforce Admin (Sales Cloud) to join their team in Atlanta. The Salesforce Admin will collaborate with internal business stakeholders to deliver functionality and features to meet business process needs. The role involves understanding, documenting, and communicating business needs to ensure the successful delivery of solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Salesforce functionality and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand functional requirements of internal stakeholders.
  • Lead planning and requirements sessions.
  • Document requirements using process flows and user stories.
  • Ensure features are developed and delivered through appropriate Salesforce development environment pipelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and guide solutions.
  • Design business processes for high complexity objectives.
  • Communicate and collaborate on solution design with Salesforce Team colleagues.
  • Manage user acceptance testing of functionality deployed in Salesforce.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience as a Salesforce Admin.
  • 1+ years experience with Pardot configuration.
  • Sales Cloud Consultant Certification.
  • Business Analyst Certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and document functional requirements.
  • Experience working in agile project environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in designing and improving business processes.
  • Experience managing user acceptance testing.
  • Experience with Jira, GitHub, and DevOps Center.
