Pre-Sales Technical Engineer (GCC India)

Job Description

Litmus is seeking a Pre-Sales Technical Engineer to join their team in Pune, India. This role involves working with prospective and existing customers to develop solutions using Litmus Edge and Litmus Edge Manager products. The Pre-sales Engineer will support the sales process by providing configuration and design information, developing custom configurations, and leading production implementations.

The Engineer will collaborate with the Sales team, Account Managers, and leadership to drive product expansion and provide technical input on proposals. They will also provide Level 2 support via the Litmus Service Desk and contribute to internal documentation and best practices.

Requirements:

• 8 to 10 years of work experience
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with network protocols and architecture
• Experience coding in languages such as java script or python
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Understanding of databases
• Familiarity with Linux based systems
• Technical skills in Cloud and Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure
