IONOS, a leading European provider of cloud infrastructure, cloud services, and hosting, is seeking a motivated student worker to join their Agent Sales Excellence Team in Karlsruhe. - Conceptualizing, implementing, and evaluating product, trigger, and seasonal campaigns.
- Creating content for ads and cross-sales.
- Independently managing smaller project tasks.
- Creating reports, evaluating A/B tests, and optimizing campaigns.
- Creating tracking parameters for existing customer campaigns.
- Ensuring the quality of campaigns and the entire customer journey.
Requirements for this role include:
- Teamwork skills, curiosity, communication skills, and technical affinity.
- Enrollment in a degree program in economics, communication, media studies, or a related field.
- Clear communication skills in both English and German.
- Good office skills; knowledge of Typo3 or another content management system is a plus.
- Analytical and structured way of working, as well as a high affinity for numbers.
- First practical experience in product, customer, or sales management is a plus.
- Availability for at least 1 year for up to 20 hours per week.
