BI Specialist

Job Description

Brain Food, a consulting firm specializing in analytics, data science, and digital transformation, is seeking a BI Specialist to join their team in Mexico. The BI Specialist will transform raw data into actionable information and visualizations, enabling the company to make strategic data-driven decisions. He/She will serve as a bridge between technical data and business needs, ensuring that the insights generated are relevant and understandable to stakeholders.

The role involves:

• Transforming raw data into actionable information.
• Creating visualizations for strategic decision-making.
• Acting as a bridge between technical data and business needs.
• Ensuring insights are relevant and understandable.

Requirements:

• Experience of more than 3 years in Frameworks like DataOps, DevSecOps, DataMesh.
• Experience of more than 5 years developing data projects through Agile methodologies.
• Technical support for business sessions to understand the integration of processes into the data architecture (English / Spanish Sessions).
• Proficiency in tools such as Amazon S3, Amazon Redshift, Amazon RDS, Tableau, SQL Programming Python, PySpark, SQL/NoSQL Tableau / Power BI / Construcción de KPIs / Campos Calculados (DAX, Query, Tableau Prep) SAP BW / ECC / BO Data Mesh, Data Vault Data Modeling  (ODS / Data Mart / Data Extract / Otros.) Diseño de Data Warehouse, Data Lake, LakeHouse DevSecOps, Dataops, MlOps
