Job Description
Brooklinen is seeking a Store Manager for their West Village location in New York. This role involves implementing processes to meet financial and customer experience goals, as well as leading hiring efforts for the store team. The Store Manager will partner with the HQ team and contribute to expanding Brooklinen's footprint.
What this role involves:
- Driving store performance by implementing and creating procedures.
- Being a business owner by bringing ideas to improve store experiences.
- Representing Brooklinen’s values and fostering an inclusive workplace.
- Building an engaged team through recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Managing daily scheduling and payroll.
- Partnering with the Creative team to execute visual merchandising.
- Participating in in-store events and activations.
- Acting as a liaison between customers, employees, and Brooklinen HQ.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of management experience in retail store environments.
- Experience in both customer-facing and operational roles.
- Passion for the Brooklinen brand.
- Knowledge of interior design.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
