Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description

Dataiku is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join their Enterprise Data and Analytics team in London. This role involves delivering data products and insights to stakeholders, acting as a Center of Excellence BI Leader, and collaborating with the Product team to enhance data visualization features.

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives to extract, analyze, and present valuable insights on company performance and opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining reference reports and dashboards.
• Participating in end-of-month/quarter closings and creating content for senior executives.
• Conducting gap analysis and building advanced analytical solutions.
• Responding to ad-hoc data inquiries.
• Transforming structured and raw data into usable formats.
• Working with the Analytics Engineering team to operationalize new data sources.
• Configuring and maintaining the Tableau instance.
• Overseeing Tableau licenses and managing user access.
• Conducting periodic audits of Tableau usage.
• Implementing and maintaining an organized folder structure.
• Tracking BI adoption and effectiveness.
• Building and maintaining an active community of BI analysts.
• Defining and enforcing best practices for dashboard development.
• Delivering training and workshops.
• Collaborating with Dataiku’s Product team to improve data visualization features.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or Data Science.
• Advanced ability to build reports and dashboards with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI).
• Literacy in SQL and Python.
• Experience in Dataiku is a plus.
• Experience in building BI communities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and time constraints.
