Fortune Media is offering a six-month fellowship program for early-career journalists to join their newsroom in New York City, starting in July 2025. The Fortune Newsroom Fellowship provides hands-on experience in researching, reporting, writing, and producing content for a renowned business publication. Fellows will receive training from experienced newsroom leaders and veterans, gaining insights into the workings of a leading media company.

Role involves:

• Being assigned to a specific team (Audience Development, Business News, Newsletter Curation, Success)
• Reporting and writing stories
• Pitching stories and participating in brainstorming sessions
• Crafting explainers, profiles, trend pieces, and social videos
• Contributing to flagship lists and newsletters
• Working independently and collaboratively
• Ensuring diverse perspectives in coverage
• Upholding journalistic standards
