Job Description
Everlaw is seeking an FP&A Senior Financial Analyst to manage the planning application, management reporting, and consolidation. The analyst will collaborate with Finance on month-end close processes, enhance workflows and systems, and support the management reporting cycle. This role involves active participation in annual budgeting, planning, and rolling forecasts.
- Own and administer the financial planning application (Adaptive).
- Partner cross-functionally to develop models in Adaptive.
- Optimize legacy models to improve forecast accuracy.
- Evaluate and recommend solutions to meet business needs.
- Improve reporting capabilities using transactional data.
- Support the management reporting cycle.
- Automate internal and external reporting.
- Support ad hoc finance improvement projects.
- Streamline month-end close processes.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience managing enterprise planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, or similar).
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics and financial reporting (ARR, NDR, EBITDA, etc.).
- Four years of progressive experience in private and/or public company roles.
- Strong Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
