Job Description
Everlaw is seeking an FP&A Senior Financial Analyst to manage the planning application, management reporting, and consolidation. The analyst will collaborate with Finance on month-end close processes, enhance workflows and systems, and support the management reporting cycle. This role involves active participation in annual budgeting, planning, and rolling forecasts.
  • Own and administer the financial planning application (Adaptive).
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop models in Adaptive.
  • Optimize legacy models to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Evaluate and recommend solutions to meet business needs.
  • Improve reporting capabilities using transactional data.
  • Support the management reporting cycle.
  • Automate internal and external reporting.
  • Support ad hoc finance improvement projects.
  • Streamline month-end close processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience managing enterprise planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, or similar).
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics and financial reporting (ARR, NDR, EBITDA, etc.).
  • Four years of progressive experience in private and/or public company roles.
  • Strong Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive mindset and a desire to learn.
