Job Description
Everlaw is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join their Law Firm team in New York. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and closing business within the Legal Enterprise (Law Firm) space. The candidate should have experience in prospecting, running discovery calls and sales presentations, and negotiating, with a track record of closing new business in top Law Firms or Enterprise Accounts.
The role involves:
- Gaining a deeper understanding of Everlaw’s software, customers, and sales processes.
- Developing product knowledge through Everlaw’s Product certification.
- Prospecting and engaging with prospects in partnership with Demand Gen, Sales Development, and channel partners.
- Meeting regularly with prospective customers.
- Executing against territory and account plans to develop a healthy pipeline.
- Overseeing the entire sales cycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborating with Everlaw’s marketing team to develop and execute demand generation campaigns.
- Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Leveraging the sales tech stack to uncover, manage, and close new business opportunities.
- Gaining continuous growth through training and coaching.
Requirements include:
- A track record of success selling SaaS platforms or Legal Services into new business accounts, demonstrated by overachievement of quota ($1M+ ARR).
- At least 5 years of successful enterprise sales experience selling to law firms or enterprise accounts.
- Curiosity and excitement about emerging technologies.
- Motivation to achieve goals.
- Availability to travel throughout the territory.
- Comfort in creating needs analysis content and presenting it to Senior Leadership.
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
