Retail Skin Therapist - John Lewis, Oxford Street

Dermalogica is seeking a Retail Skin Therapist to join their team at John Lewis, Oxford Street. The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for someone who wants to empower and educate customers, helping them achieve their best skin possible.

The Retail Skin Therapist will be responsible for creating personalized skincare experiences for customers, advising them on treatments and homecare routines. They will also be expected to meet monthly targets and maintain the treatment area in a professional manner. Role Involves:

• Advising, listening, and connecting with customers.
• Performing treatments and setting up skincare programs.
• Educating customers on homecare routines.
• Taking ownership of monthly targets.
• Performing Face Mapping and counter duties.
• Maintaining the treatment area.

Requirements:

• Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electrical (essential).
• Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification (Microneedling and Chemical Peels) or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience as a Sales Advisor in Retail, Beauty, or FMCG (ideal).
• Passion for skin health.
