dmg events is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team in meeting their objectives. The ideal candidate will be smart, accurate, and flexible, with excellent communication skills. This role involves ensuring accuracy in marketing materials, staying ahead of industry trends, and managing multiple projects independently.
Role Involves: - Developing sales collaterals and presentations.
- Gaining market intelligence and building relationships with clients and media.
- Drafting copy for marketing channels.
- Managing and updating event websites.
- Developing and managing media plans.
- Ensuring partner and association deliverables are executed.
- Developing effective visitor marketing campaigns.
- Managing inbound visitor and delegate inquiries.
- Assisting in data build and clean briefs.
- Attending internal and external meetings.
- Working with designers to develop marketing collateral.
- Supporting the planning of the show guide.
- Setting up and running email marketing campaigns.
- Assisting with general admin tasks.
Requirements: - Diploma or degree in marketing.
- 1+ years in marketing, preferably in the exhibition and conferencing industry.
- Excellent written & spoken English.
- High ethical standards.
- Organized and efficient with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident and proactive.
- Resilient and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Slack, Asana, and Everlytic is a plus.
