Product Manager, AI-Powered Services

Job Description

HoYoverse is seeking a Product Manager to drive the design and implementation of AI-powered services. The Product Manager will be based in Singapore and will focus on innovative workflows and business platform solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) for international business operations.He/she will collaborate with business stakeholders, R&D teams, and external vendors to conceptualize and design platform product solutions. The role involves managing the full product lifecycle, from user research to performance analysis, and driving continuous product iteration.

• Spearhead the design and implementation of innovative workflows and business platform solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Analyze business requirements and take ownership of product feature design
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, R&D teams, and external vendors
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including user research, solution design, project management, launch, and performance analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Experience in designing and managing backend or internal platform products
• Understanding of business needs, is highly self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Strong grasp of AI technologies, especially Large Language Models (LLMs)
