Job Description

VTS is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to develop go-to-market strategies and messaging to support their product portfolio. The Product Marketing Manager will gain a deep understanding of VTS's customers and strategic vision to drive go-to-market efforts. They will translate technical capabilities into customer benefits and strategically position VTS products within the market.

Reporting to the VP, Data & GTM Strategy, the Product Marketing Manager will become an expert in the market, buyers, and their decision-making processes, sharing this knowledge with the sales and marketing teams. They will also lead strategic efforts for new product launches and support go-to-market initiatives for existing and new markets.

What this role involves:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Identifying market and customer needs.
  • Developing product positioning and messaging.
  • Creating product collateral.
  • Partnering with sales enablement teams.
  • Supporting product launches.
  • Developing data-driven GTM strategies.
  • Supporting sales enablement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in early-stage startups.
  • Cross-functional team management skills.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats.
  • Bonus: Experience in Proptech, Commercial Real Estate (CRE).
