Forma.ai, a Series B startup revolutionizing sales compensation, is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Operations. The Customer Operations team collaborates with clients to implement product features, manage the platform's operations, and optimize sales performance management processes.This role involves:
  • Implementing new platform features for customers
  • Managing and optimizing client processes
  • Leading onboarding activities, including requirements gathering and data analysis
  • Building automated workflows and reporting capabilities
  • Supporting design projects and interacting with customer stakeholders
  • Hiring and coaching a team of Analysts, Associates, and Managers
  • Acting as the main point of contact for senior customer stakeholders
  • Articulating customer feedback and supporting product development
The ideal candidate should have:
  • Education or Background in Engineering, Commerce, Mathematics and/or Statistics
  • +6 years of working experience
  • Experience with large datasets (SQL) and understanding of databases
  • Strength in Excel for data profiling and aggregation
  • Understanding of data architecture and process flows
  • Analytical problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to take ownership in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of analytical and presentation tools
