Job Description
Forma.ai, a Series B startup revolutionizing sales compensation, is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Operations. The Customer Operations team collaborates with clients to implement product features, manage the platform's operations, and optimize sales performance management processes.This role involves:
- Implementing new platform features for customers
- Managing and optimizing client processes
- Leading onboarding activities, including requirements gathering and data analysis
- Building automated workflows and reporting capabilities
- Supporting design projects and interacting with customer stakeholders
- Hiring and coaching a team of Analysts, Associates, and Managers
- Acting as the main point of contact for senior customer stakeholders
- Articulating customer feedback and supporting product development
The ideal candidate should have:
- Education or Background in Engineering, Commerce, Mathematics and/or Statistics
- +6 years of working experience
- Experience with large datasets (SQL) and understanding of databases
- Strength in Excel for data profiling and aggregation
- Understanding of data architecture and process flows
- Analytical problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to take ownership in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of analytical and presentation tools
