Job Description

Diligent Robotics is seeking a Part-Time Clinical Robot Associate to join their team in Columbus, OH. This role involves working on-site, assisting a fleet of robots in a hospital environment, and collaborating with hospital staff and the engineering team. The Clinical Robot Associate will be responsible for ensuring the safe clinical use of robots, collecting data, troubleshooting issues, and providing feedback to engineers. They will also prioritize customer experience and communicate with hospital staff regarding robot operation. This is not an engineering position.

• Monitoring and safely assisting mobile service robots in a hospital environment
• Collecting data and troubleshooting in real-world situations
• Providing detailed and accurate feedback to engineers

A suitable candidate should possess:

• A high school diploma or GED
• Customer-service orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Self-sufficiency
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to obtain vendor credentials
