Diligent Robotics is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their operations team in Austin, TX. The Technical Support Specialist will uphold the highest standards for safe clinical use of robots in real-world hospital environments. They will work effectively as a team to ensure exceptional results to hospital partners. This role requires flexibility due to the 24/7 operation and will involve a shift schedule with days, nights, and weekends.Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring a fleet of mobile service robots in a hospital environment.
• Collecting data in real-world situations and providing detailed product feedback.
• Prioritizing the customer experience through communication and ensuring expectations are met.
• Being an ambassador for Diligent Robotics.

Requirements:

• Good computing background and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-sufficient and capable of making data-driven decisions independently.
• Flexible and willing to work different shift hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
• Willing to be COVID-19 and flu vaccinated and complete a HIPAA training course.
