Provider Partnerships Manager (Territory Sales Manager)

Job Description

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Manager to enhance health outcomes by growing patient referrals. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with healthcare provider partners, including primary care physicians and specialists. The Provider Partnerships Manager will report to a Regional Manager and must be located in San Antonio, Texas.

Role Involves:
• Field Engagement: Meeting with providers 4-5 days per week.
• Spotting Opportunities: Identifying new provider partner leads.
• Connecting & Converting: Activating leads as referral partners.
• Fostering & Strengthening Relationships: Nurturing partnerships through regular interactions.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of provider-facing field sales experience.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
