Job Description
Harbinger Motors is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a contract position in Garden Grove, CA. This role is crucial for managing shipments, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining inventory records. The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will support the supply chain by efficiently handling materials, parts, and products.
What this role involves:
- Supporting inbound shipments, including unloading deliveries and segregating materials.
- Assisting the Production Control team with material moves for quality inspection and putaway actions.
- Providing support to Harbinger employees for outbound parcel and freight shipments.
- Assisting with clearing dunnage and removing empty boxes from the inbound dock.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Experience supporting warehouse and production functions, preferably in automotive, aerospace, or related industries.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and recommend solutions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good English communication skills (oral and written).
