Manual QA Engineer

Job Description

Fluxon is seeking a Manual QA Engineer to join their product development team. The company, founded by ex-Googlers and startup founders, partners with visionary companies to develop impactful products. The Manual QA Engineer will design and implement testing processes across various applications, collaborating with a team that values innovation and continuous growth.

Responsibilities:

• Defining end-to-end test strategy and processes for entire products.
• Planning and executing testing for quality and conformance to specifications.
• Tracking, documenting, and reporting on quality initiatives.
• Investigating product quality issues and working towards resolution.
• Championing QA best practices.
• Engaging with clients to understand requirements and debug complex issues.
• Learning fast and working independently.

Requirements:

• Experienced QA engineer with a dedication to product quality.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience testing web or mobile applications and APIs.
• 3+ years of experience in setting up testing processes from scratch.
• Strong understanding of client-server architecture, testing theory, and SDLC.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD and networking stack.
• Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English.
• Basic scripting experience.
• Pro-active personality and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with task estimation.
