Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Mangopay is seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join their team in Berlin. This role is crucial for ensuring the company's adherence to German regulatory requirements and maintaining a strong compliance framework.

The Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and interpreting German regulatory requirements.
• Providing compliance advice to internal stakeholders.
• Supporting risk assessments and control testing.
• Coordinating the development and maintenance of compliance policies.
• Preparing responses to regulatory inquiries and audits.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in compliance within financial services or fintech.
• Solid understanding of German financial regulations (ZAG, KWG, MaRisk, BAIT).
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or related field.
• Fluency in German and English.
