Job Description

Interactive Brokers is seeking a Reference Database Operator to join their team in Mumbai. Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: IBKR) is a global financial services company headquartered in Greenwich, CT, USA, with offices in over 15 countries. The Reference Database Operator will be a content expert, constantly learning, communicating with data users, and maintaining external contacts. They will work with developers to improve and design new data-handling procedures.Responsibilities include:

• Answering company-wide questions about data.
• Handling special cases and consulting with developers.
• On-boarding new data sources and maintaining external relationships.
• Integrating new data sets into the existing database structure.
• Planning upload protocols and sanity checks.
• Designing error handling procedures.
• Writing and maintaining comprehensive guides to the data.

Requirements:

• Precise, patient, and good communicator.
• Three years of experience in the financial industry.
• Evidence of knowledge of financial products.
