Job Description
Interactive Brokers Australia Pty. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and professional Client Services Representative to join their team in Sydney. This role involves interacting with an experienced and active client base, resolving routine and complex client service issues with courtesy and sound judgment.Responsibilities include:
- Addressing client inquiries related to IBKR Trader Workstation, Web Trader, and Mobile Trader.
- Assisting with cash deposit and withdrawal activity, position transfers, and account administration.
- Providing information on product availability, exchange functions, order types, and margin calculations.
- Coordinating with other Client Service divisions and external departments.
- Contributing to the development of client service systems and procedures.
Qualifications include:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced client service environment.
- A bachelor’s or advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience in a financial services position is preferred.
- Understanding of financial instruments is preferred.
- Knowledge of exchange operations and regulations is preferred.
- FINRA Series 7, 63 or ability to obtain licenses.
- Multi-language skills are a plus.
