Institutional Client Services Associate - German and French speaking

Interactive Brokers is seeking a highly motivated Institutional Client Services Associate to join their team in Zug, Switzerland. This role involves providing exceptional service to IBKR's professional clients, including banks, hedge funds, financial advisors, and introducing brokers. The ideal candidate will be proficient in French, German, and English, with additional language skills being a plus. They will build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience as the company expands its global offerings.Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical, account, and trade-related queries.
• Escalating high-level issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Suggesting process improvements.
• Participating in ad hoc projects, including client training and market research.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong knowledge of listed Equities, Options, Futures, and/or FX.
• Analytical problem-solving skills with a passion for technology and financial markets.
• Prior experience in international settlements or clearing operations is a plus.
• Fluency in French, German, and English is a must; additional European languages are a plus.
• University degree or higher.
• At least one to two years of experience in a client-facing capacity at a global financial institution (less experienced candidates with a firm grasp of the core competencies will also be considered).
