Interactive Brokers is seeking a Client Service Representative to join their team in Shanghai. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between Interactive Brokers and its retail and professional clients, providing exceptional client service. This role involves managing and resolving a wide range of client issues through various channels, ensuring client satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to inquiries, concerns, and complaints via telephone, e-mail, and online chat.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and escalating complex issues.
  • Providing high-value experience by identifying client needs.

Requirements:

  • University degree (Bachelor's) and above.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English (oral and written).
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • A good understanding of financial markets.
