Interactive Brokers Group (IBKR) is seeking a Cashiering Associate to join its Cashiering team in Mumbai. The candidate will support daily cashiering functions and periodic projects under the direction of the Global Cashiering Manager. IBKR is a global financial services company known for its cutting-edge technology and client commitment. The role involves:

• Monitoring and resolving client funding exceptions.
• Resolving transaction discrepancies between the firm's internal system and the bank statement.
• Interacting with compliance, risk, client service, and other internal groups regarding client funding exceptions.
• Interfacing with banks on client funding issues.
• Identifying and designing improvements to cashiering systems and payment methods.
• Participating in a variety of group projects.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent in written and oral English.
• Rigorous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• A high degree of comfort with computers and technology.
• Proficient in using MS Office and using these tools to present data clearly and concisely.
