Junior Sales Engineer

Job Description

Interactive Brokers is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Sales Engineer to join their team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will assist with reporting and administrative tasks within the Sales Engineering team, focusing on third-party data feeds and providing support for the EmployeeTrack program. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with enabling, disabling, and configuring new third-party data feeds.
• Troubleshooting and escalating issues related to data feeds.
• Providing general support to third-party data feed providers.
• Supporting compliance officers using the EmployeeTrack program.
• Becoming a subject matter expert on data feeds and the EmployeeTrack program.
• Contributing to internal documentation.
• Managing relationships with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Taking on ad hoc responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English.
• Flexible work schedule.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to learn new software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong task management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
