Job Description
Interactive Brokers is seeking a Senior Manager for Windows Platform Engineering. This hybrid role, based in Chicago, IL, involves leading the development and implementation of Windows services, including Azure, VDI, IAM, and M365. The Senior Manager will guide the maintenance and build of employee virtual endpoints, cloud identity management services, and the expansion of M365 services adoption. This role requires collaboration with cross-department leaders and a high level of organization and knowledge of Windows and cloud services.Interactive Brokers is looking for someone to:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop IAM strategies.
- Configure and manage IAM systems and tools.
- Provide technical support and guidance on IAM-related issues.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies and procedures.
- Participate in planning and implementation of AWS/Azure foundational footprint.
- Work with technology teams to understand applications and make migration recommendations.
- Develop and follow standard operating procedures.
- Report on team progress and present ideas for improvement.
Requirements for this role include:
- 10 years of Azure/AWS engineering and development experience.
- 10 years of on-premise to cloud migration experience.
- 7 years of automation of Windows workloads.
- 7 years of experience deploying and maintaining Infrastructure as code.
- 5 years of engineering experience with IAM services.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a technical environment.
- Strong technical expertise in IAM technologies.
- Hands-on experience with identity provisioning, access controls, and authentication protocols.
- Hands-on experience with coding and scripting automation.
- Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions.
- Experience working in a 24*7 environment.
- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and concepts.
