Job Description
Interactive Brokers is seeking a Senior Manager for Windows Platform Engineering. This hybrid role, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, involves leading the development and implementation of Windows services, including Azure, VDI, IAM, M365, and AWS Windows Services. The Senior Manager will guide the maintenance and build of employee virtual endpoints and cloud identity management services, and expand M365 services adoption. This role requires collaboration with cross-department leaders to automate service offerings and build the next level of the IB Windows platform.Role involves:
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop IAM strategies.
  • Configuring and managing IAM systems and tools.
  • Providing technical support and guidance on IAM-related issues.
  • Developing and maintaining IAM policies and procedures.
  • Participating in planning, implementation, and growth of AWS or Azure foundational footprint.
  • Working with technology teams to make migration recommendations.
  • Developing and following standard operating procedures.
  • Reporting on team progress and presenting ideas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of Azure/AWS engineering and development experience.
  • 10 years of on-premise to cloud migration experience.
  • 7 years of experience automating the deployment and maintenance of Windows workloads.
  • 7 years of experience deploying and maintaining Infrastructure as code.
  • 5 years of engineering experience with IAM services (Entra, Ping, Okta, etc.).
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a technical environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in IAM technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with identity provisioning, access controls, and authentication protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with coding and scripting automation.
  • Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions.
  • Experience working/managing in a 24*7 environment.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and concepts.
