Growth Associate

Job Description

Verkada is seeking a Growth Associate to join their team and drive pipeline generation and acquisition strategy for Verkada’s core product suites within the U.S. market. The Growth Associate will be part of a highly selective team and will focus on reinventing growth within the company.

The role involves supporting data-related tasks, assisting in the execution of campaigns, managing campaign timelines, collaborating with internal teams, and tracking performance. The Growth Associate will work closely with MDRs, data science, and marketing operations to keep campaigns on track and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Support data-related tasks such as pulling account lists and organizing data for segmentation.
• Assist in the execution of campaigns and initiatives focused on driving pipeline growth.
• Help manage campaign timelines and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal teams such as MDRs, data science, and marketing operations.
• Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• 4-year undergraduate degree (quantitative field of study strongly preferred)
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience with preference given to early stage startups, marketing operations and other quantitative fields
• Self-starter approach, willing to take responsibilities and own projects from day 1
• Ability to analyze and understand numbers, data and patterns (Excel proficiency is a must)
• Ability to think outside-the-box and be creative
• SQL highly preferred
