Job Description
Verkada is seeking a Growth Manager to focus on Global Accounts (Fortune 500). This role involves leading pipeline generation and acquisition strategy for Verkada’s core product suite. The Growth Manager will build and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs and work closely with sales leadership to shape and scale the go-to-market strategy. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to directly influence Verkada’s growth.Role involves:
  • Developing and executing strategies that drive pipeline growth through ABM for Fortune 500 companies.
  • Designing and managing a scalable, repeatable framework for automated and ABM campaigns.
  • Owning the data strategy for audience segmentation and intent signal identification.
  • Managing the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from planning to execution and performance analysis.
  • Collaborating with internal teams across data science, MDRs, marketing operations, product marketing, and sales.
  • Tracking and analyzing key campaign metrics and communicating insights across departments.
Requirements:
  • 4-6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally focusing on specific accounts.
  • Strong understanding of ABM strategies across multiple channels (digital and outbound).
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations, and product teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, knowledge of SQL and Excel preferred.
  • Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns and optimizing performance.
