Job Description
Verkada is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the threat detection and devices product line for Verkada Alarms. This role involves building advanced safety detection systems, growing the suite of sensors, and creating solutions for diverse customer needs. The Product Manager will oversee Alarm-related devices from concept to launch, working with engineering teams to meet customer needs and timelines. They will also direct pricing, go-to-market positioning, and sales training for Alarms devices.
Role Involves:
- Owning the threat detection and device product roadmap.
- Overseeing Alarm-related devices from concept to success.
- Directing pricing and go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborating with computer vision and AI teams.
- Understanding customer and channel partner needs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven history of launching and scaling hardware and/or embedded systems products.
- Strong customer intuition and technical depth.
- Foundational understanding of firmware, networking, and device design.
