Lead Product Manager, Threat Monitoring & Verification

Job Description

Verkada is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the next generation of their threat detection monitoring. The Lead Product Manager will be responsible for taking Verkada's capabilities to the next level, leveraging AI to detect threats and differentiate them from routine activity. They will lead the charge in integrating these capabilities into human-in-the-loop verification operations, ensuring close to zero training of operators, high reliability, and industry-leading response speed, all while keeping operations within defined cost parameters. The Lead Product Manager will also oversee the global rollout of these capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Expand monitoring capabilities using AI to detect threats and routine activity predictably and reliably.
• Own human-in-the-loop monitoring workflows end-to-end.
• Expand monitoring capabilities to international markets.
• Understand the needs of customers and grow monitoring solutions strategically.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar quantitative field.
• Proven history of designing optimized user experiences.
• Ability to design operational workflows for efficiency, accuracy, and cost.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and 3rd party partners.
