Job Description
Verkada is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business acquisition in the SLED market within the Boston territory. The Enterprise Account Executive will develop and execute a sales strategy, focusing on acquiring new customers and growing revenue. This role reports to the Regional Sales Director, Northeast - SLED.

Role involves:
  • Dedicate time to field-based sales activities.
  • Develop and implement a territory plan.
  • Manage the entire sales process.
  • Penetrate greenfield accounts.
  • Drive customer retention.
  • Partner with Verkada’s channel partner sales organization.
  • Drive business growth and enhance market presence.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of Verkada’s business and products.
  • Create effective presentations and proposals.
  • Provide account analysis, conduct quarterly business reviews, and generate accurate revenue forecasts.

Requirements:
  • 5-10+ years quota carrying B2B software/hardware technology sales experience.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales-driven organization.
  • Hunter sales mentality.
  • Willingness to have a strong field presence.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles.
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external channel partner teams.
  • Relevant software or hardware industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge and execution of MEDDIC.
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, confident.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • BS/BA degree strongly preferred.
