Verkada is seeking a Country Manager for South Korea to drive strategy, build a high-performing sales organization, and cultivate key partnerships. The Country Manager will establish Verkada as a leader in the region. This role reports to the VP JAPAC, based in Singapore.Verkada is a leader in cloud-based B2B physical security, offering integrated product lines through a single cloud platform. Verkada aims to provide real-time insights and empower organizations to take immediate action.
Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a winning strategy for the Korean market.
- Lead a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
- Recruit, mentor, and empower a dynamic local go-to-market team.
- Build and leverage a network of key partners.
- Cultivate strong relationships with Korean enterprise customers.
- Build a sustainable mid-market engine.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with global priorities.
- Provide accurate forecasting and data-driven insights.
Requirements: - Proven success in senior sales leadership roles.
- Track record of building and scaling teams.
- Deep understanding of the Korean business landscape.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Demonstrated success working with VARs, resellers, and integrators.
- Experience in hardware, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions is a plus.
