Verkada is seeking a Global Solutions Engineer to partner with account executives and expand the company's footprint into Fortune 500 companies. This role involves interfacing with customers, overcoming technical objections, and assisting in designing deployments with Verkada products. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, learn quickly, and work independently.Verkada is a leader in cloud-based B2B physical security, offering integrated product lines such as video security cameras, access control, environmental sensors, alarms, workplace management, and intercoms.Responsibilities:

• Be the subject matter authority on the full Verkada suite of products.
• Act as a trusted advisor for Verkada Customers.
• Effectively present the Verkada solution to all levels of customer.
• Work directly with Account Managers to develop territory strategy.
• Design Verkada solutions.
• Stay up to date on the security and IoT industry.
• Be a Product Technical Evangelist.
• Write White Papers and Knowledge Base articles.

Requirements:

• Entrepreneurial and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn.
• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, working with Fortune 500 companies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong background in Networking.
• Outstanding written & verbal English communication skills.
• Able to work and adapt to an ever evolving workplace and company.
• Genuine excitement for software/hardware products, Cloud Security and IoT devices.
