Verkada is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader for the Manager, Technical Training & Certification Program role. This role is crucial for linking senior leadership with the global team of technical trainers. The Manager will shape the program's future by expanding its global reach, enhancing training offerings, and driving engagement with partners and customers worldwide. They will define the program's roadmap, operationalize it for scale, and launch new initiatives.
Responsibilities: - Oversee program content & curriculum development.
- Identify gaps and build out the program.
- Work cross-functionally to drive improvements.
- Provide technical coaching and mentorship.
- Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of professional work experience with 3+ years of Technical Trainer/Solutions Engineering experience.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
- Strong background in IT infrastructure and network/security fundamentals.
- Proven track record in leading high-performing teams.
