Job Description

BVNK is seeking an eTrading Manager to ensure optimal performance of automated systems and efficient execution of client orders. The role involves monitoring flows across BVNK’s product suite, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance. The eTrading Manager will collaborate with technical teams to enhance trading systems and strategies, driving continuous improvement in desk performance. As BVNK scales, the manager will be responsible for managing and growing a team in the US timezone.

Role Involves:

• Monitoring and assessing trading risk.
• Executing manual quoting and hedging.
• Overseeing and managing automated trading flows.
• Collaborating with technical teams to enhance trading systems.
• Assisting in resolving settlement and operational issues.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in risk management, automated trading systems, OTC execution, or running a trading book.
• Strong understanding of trading platforms, algorithmic trading, and risk monitoring tools.
• Ability to analyze large datasets (SQL, Python, R).
• Clear and effective communication skills.
